Cooking should never be a chore, but an expression of love. In-between some beautiful yoga, meditation, hike, saunas and icebaths, we will help bring out the amazing cook in all of you. 

This retreat is for all the plant-based foodies out there looking for step-by-step directions on how to make delicious meat-, dairy-, and egg-free recipes, while keeping up with your yoga practice and relaxing in the most beautiful part of the country.

Learn about the best plant combinations, substituting non-vegan ingredients, vegan shopping, nutrition, how to avoid common mistakes, impressing non-vegans, and much more.

We also delve into the ethics of meat, sustainability, and how to answer all the vegan questions that get thrown at us.

  • 2pm: Cooking workshop. Making vegan lasagne

This retreat is open to anyone seeking a deeper connection with themselves, whether through mindfulness, movement, or cooking. No prior experience in cooking or wellness practices is necessary—just a willingness to slow down, embrace presence, and engage in self-discovery.
