Curriculum & Schedule — 200-Hour Yoga Alliance RYS
Our 200-hour Yoga Alliance–accredited course is a fully immersive, residential training limited to just six students per intake. It’s designed to help you deepen your personal practice, develop the technical skills to teach confidently, and experience true transformation through yoga and nature immersion.
Below you’ll find a clear outline of the training structure, hours, schedule, and assessments — everything you need to make an informed decision about your teacher training journey.

Yoga Alliance Hours Breakdown
Techniques, Training & Practice — 75 hours
Asana, pranayama, meditation, mantra, mudra, and subtle body awareness. Includes daily morning practice integrating Hatha, Vinyasa, and Yin styles.
Teaching Methodology — 25 hours
Sequencing, cueing, voice development, class theming, hands-on adjustments, trauma-informed teaching, and creating inclusive spaces.
Anatomy & Physiology — 20 hours
Functional anatomy, biomechanics, skeletal variation, fascia, the nervous system, and the energetic body (chakras and nadis).
Yoga Humanities (Philosophy, Lifestyle & Ethics) — 30 hours
Study of the Yoga Sutras, Bhagavad Gita, history and evolution of yoga, yogic ethics, and practical philosophy for modern teaching.
Practicum (Teaching Practice) — 20 hours
Practice teaching, observation, peer feedback, and a final teaching assessment under the guidance of your lead trainer.
Self-Study & Integration — 30 hours
Reflective journaling, assigned readings, and self-practice to help integrate your learning.
