Vala House is just 25 minutes from Knysna, in Rheenendal. The nearest airport is George Airport, and Knysna is the closest bus stop. Our Burnout Recovery Retreat, Beginners' Yoga Retreat, and Art Retreat do not have fixed start or end dates. You are welcome to join us at any time for any duration. Upon arrival, we tailor the program to your needs. Core activities include meditation, yoga, sauna, ice baths, reiki, forest immersion, and a somatic workshop. Additional activities can be added based on your preferences.
