Yoga teacher - 200 Hr RYT
Marine Charlotte
Trained in Hatha and Ashtanga Yoga in Nepal, at Shivalaya Ashram, certified Yoga alliance. I follow the lineage of BKS Iyengar Hatha yoga with respect and intuition.
Since childhood, I have enjoyed gymnastics, dance and music. I was introduced to this ancient wisdom during a university exchange in China; an intensive approach that is far from the pure essence of this ancient art.
Back in France, I discovered an understanding of body awareness, breathing and energy channel alignment (chakras). A whole universe emerged. Powerful experiences related to the physical body, such as releasing traumas, allowed me to measure how yoga benefits the spirit – a path to healing.
I integrate body awareness (asanas), breathing (pranayama), (meditation), and mantras (kirtan) as part of the teaching.
Singing is a true purification instrument; to sing is to let your soul express itself.

Hendrik Burger
The practice of Yoga is first to purify the mind and body, then to strengthen, open, create stability and balance which leads to the state of Union, a sense of connection with all life.
The wisdom of yoga was introduced to me through sacred Indian texts, for years I practiced only the first steps in yoga, which is the Yama and Niyama principles together with meditation, pranayama and the use of cold water.
With this strong foundation, my yoga journey continued to unfold, revealing more practices and wisdom along the way, daily practice and experience being the key ingredient to development.
In recent years I have completed a variety of workshops, a 200 hour YTT with Jim Harrington at Reunion Yoga in Cape Town and a 100 hour advanced YTT with Tamsin Sheehy at the Shala studio in Cape Town.
I am grateful to share the practice and support you on your journey to a vibrant, balanced and peaceful state of being. I aim to help you find the right tools and practice for you so that you may develop your own personal practice.
Yoga Philosophy Teacher
Vishal Dubey
Vishal started practicing Yoga with the sole aim to overcome his Anxiety, Stress and Trauma related problems. Little did he know that what had begun as a self discovery journey, would end up becoming his most loved profession. He considers himself as a lifelong learner and believes the whole world to be his teacher, which has allowed him to explore multiple paths in Yoga with a more therapeutic approach that is focused upon physical, mental & spiritual wellbeing.
His sessions are a combination of Hatha Yoga, Vedanta & Tantra, according to him, these three paths complement one another, leading the seeker systematically along the path of Self-realization. They were not meant to be treated separately nor looked upon as different paths. The aspirant first clears the mind through the practice of Hatha Yoga, does self-enquiry through Vedanta, and then breaks through the final barrier with Tantra experiencing the heights of inner awakening.
He invites anyone and everyone irrespective of their experience in Yoga to join his sessions to experience higher levels of bliss.
