– Learn the neurobiology of compassion fatigue, strategies to process vicarious trauma, and tools for healthy boundaries.

History of Medicine & East–West Integration

– Trace the evolution of healing—from Hippocrates to Ayurveda and TCM—and discover synergies for modern practice.

Holistic Healing Modalities

– Survey mind‑body therapies (yoga therapy, breathwork, energy work) and develop a personalised self‑care toolbox.

Sleep Science for Shift Workers

– Examine circadian rhythms, strategies for restorative sleep, and practices to reset when working irregular hours.

Resilience Training
