Your facilitator
Peter Townshend is the founder of Vala House, a wellness retreat centre on the edge of the Knysna Forest. He has over 1,000 hours of Yoga Alliance certified teaching experience, is a trained sound healing facilitator, and brings a deep grounding in Vedānta philosophy and Patañjali's Yoga Sūtras to his work.
He has walked this road himself.
