The Unburnt Self is a 6-week online burnout recovery programme that goes beneath the exhaustion — into the physiological, psychological and philosophical roots of burnout. Integrating science, Vedānta philosophy, somatic practice, breathwork, sound healing, movement, nutrition and meditation.

Your facilitator

Peter Townshend is the founder of Vala House, a wellness retreat centre on the edge of the Knysna Forest. He has over 1,000 hours of Yoga Alliance certified teaching experience, is a trained sound healing facilitator, and brings a deep grounding in Vedānta philosophy and Patañjali's Yoga Sūtras to his work.

He has walked this road himself.
