Perhaps this isn't really about yoga.
Perhaps yoga became the one place where life finally felt quiet.
Perhaps you've noticed yourself wanting something more meaningful.
Perhaps you've imagined teaching...
not because you want a new job,
but because you want a different way of living.
You don't need to have all the answers.
You simply need to recognise the question.
"Every student who has joined us started with exactly the same uncertainty."

Dearest Caitlin, Peter and everyone here at Vala House. You have all engraved a special place in my heart with memories I will cherish for a lifetime. Every breath here has been deep and full. Every sight, bright and memorable. Every tear, meaningful. The experience of heart and soul in a space so healing. Thank you."

This YTT has been one of the hardest things I have done. But I felt very much supported, and in the end I had actually the best time of my life! The dogs and cats wandering around in and out of the shala or just laying in their basket were so amazing and supported me as well. They helped me get through all of it.
Thank you all for the love and positive vibes I will not forget you!

Thank you Vala House for a memorable month. A journey of self-discovery and building connections. This was one of the most challenging experiences I have done, however, I would not have changed it. Thank you Peter for sharing your knowledge with us and creating this space. Caitlin, for your love and encouragement – for putting up with us on the hard days. Thank you Vala House for a memorable experience! I leave a piece of my heart here.
